Heh. The new blog requires you to register as a member of Matt in order to comment. That leaves me out and all others who have been banned from Matt for being too outspokenly anti-illegal immigration.
I knew the brief light of free speech here wouldn't last.
Matt just wants a pro-illegal immigration echo chamber, just like their "forum". Anyone associated with this project is a propaganda sell-out. I won't be back, the news items are getting too propagandery anyways.

Like the above poster said, you can definitely create a new username at MATT. I am sorry that you feel you were banned for the wrong reasons; I have nothing to do with that. Remember that I am not a MATT employee, I'm just writing the blog.
P.S. The reason we're moving to the MATT site is that they are providing the funding (for my time, really quite minimal) for this blog. It will retain complete editorial independence, trust me. This Blogspot address was always temporary until they set the blog there up.
